Rodrigo Sobarzo P. / Associate
Rodrigo Sobarzo is a member of the Litigation, Arbitration, and Competition Law teams. His professional practice focuses on the judicial and extrajudicial representation of public and private clients before courts of justice, arbitration and mediation centers, and other national and international dispute resolution bodies. He also advises on matters related to potential cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control transactions, contentious and non-contentious proceedings before the Competition Tribunal and the Supreme Court, investigations into anticompetitive conduct before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office, as well as the planning and implementation of competition compliance programs.
