Representation of Dominos Pizza International Inc. in an arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce, based in Paris, in connection with the franchise agreement for the operation of the company in Chile.

Represented Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile (SQM) in arbitration with Zurich (formerly La Chilena Consolidada Compañía de Seguros Generales) in connection with the D&O contract in force between the parties.

Represented Elecnor in three CAM arbitrations procedures in connection with the construction of two power generation projects owned by Mainstream Renewables.

Represented Sociedad Contractual Minera Los Pelambres in several civil proceedings and before the Constitutional Court, allowing the execution of its Operational Adaptation Project and facilitating the transportation of desalinated water to its mining operation.

We guide Cámara Chilena de la Construcción in the information and prevention of crimes associated with the new law on economic crimes and infringements against the environment (Law No. 21,595).

We advised Compañía Minera Doña Inés de Collahuasi in dismissal of SERNAGEOMIN administrative charges, associated to variations in the company’s production rate.
