Jorge Vial A. / Partner
Partner in charge of the Arbitration and Litigation team. With decades of experience, he has represented several important national and foreign clients, both in domestic and international arbitration disputes, as well as before the Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Justice. His professional practice has been accompanied by teaching law as a professor of Civil Procedure Law at Universidad Católica de Chile since 1998. In his dual capacity as litigator and professor, Jorge Vial has been invited to be a member of several governmental commissions for the reform of procedures and courts of justice, having been part of the first Forum for the Reform of the current Civil Procedure Code, as co-drafter of the first draft, and as a defender of the same before the National Congress.
